I just love these small “work” tables with the little drop leaves. They can be found in many styles ranging from this ‘primitive’ style through American Empire, through Duncan Phyfe, or built specifically for YOUR style or decor in my shop.
small late Colonial one-drawer pine table with two drop-leaves and a hardwood frame. compromised outer finish removed revealing a glowing circa 200 years-in-the-making patina. top (originally nailed-on) removed, cracks repaired, and reattached with clips to allow for seasonal wood movement and nail holes filled with epoxy. sealed with high-quality finishing wax.

CARE: I recommend once- or twice-a-year applications of Briwax finishing wax to protect your purchase.
