antique Dutch marquetry mirror

$185.00

gorgeous late 18th or early 19th c. mirror, 14.75”x29.75” with traditional inlaid sycamore patterns and mahogany veneers; some losses and inpainting; minor pitting to mirror. purchased from an antique repair shop that closed. I envisioned a more comprehensive restoration, but have chosen to leave it in its current stable, beautiful condition. Pristine examples of this kind of piece run into the low- to mid- 4figures. I really want this to go to someone who will appreciate its beauty and unknown past. (outdoor photo is pre-restoration).
